We as moms are all overwhelmed, aren’t we? We’re exhausted, overstimulated, and incredibly busy. Our brains are foggy and we have no energy. Some of us have little help from family and we don’t have many friends. We often struggle with finances, health issues, loneliness, anxiety and depression, relationship ups and downs, hormones, and so much more.

No matter what you are feeling, we could all use a little pick me up. Enter positive affirmations. These are phrases that you can say out loud or in your head to give your self-esteem a boost. WebMD says that positive affirmations are about “affirming yourself and replacing negative thoughts with positive self-talk.”

Does more confidence, love, and peace sound like something you need in your life? Embrace positive affirmations and see how they can change your life!
