You Can Succeed
One thing you should note about small business success is that you don’t have to copy these women to find success. You can maintain the core of who you are while also learning from their experience and expertise. In fact, athlete Serena Williams once said, “Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We’re strongest when we cheer each other on.”
You can also thrive without millions of followers. Don’t get overwhelmed when you see the number of followers other accounts have. You will be successful as you learn to communicate to your specific target audience instead of the general public. It’s a classic “work smarter, not harder” situation.
Most importantly, don’t give up. You may need to invest in a little professional development, go out of your way to network, learn new skills you don’t already possess, tweak your business model, and sacrifice some sleep, but if you have a talent, skill, service, or product that the world needs, you are sure to find success.
