When we welcomed our 2nd baby girl I realized how convenient it would be to have a changing table upstairs in her nursery and one downstairs in our living room. I quickly started searching on FB Marketplace and found the cutest Jenny Lind changing table for only $25. While that was just perfect, by the time we had our 3rd daughter I realized that I needed another station for diapers at night by our bed and thus began my love of the nursing and diaper cart that can easily be moved from room to room. Here’s the one I own, how to stock it, and what to do with it once the fourth trimester is over!

The Cart!

I did a Target pickup for this little cart and was also able to grab most of the essentials to fill it in the same pickup order.

Here is how I filled each Tier.

Top Shelf: Diaper Change and Hydration Station

Tier one was devoted to quick changes and making sure I stayed hydrated. Here are the items in there.

Pampers Pure Diapers and Wipes

I also added my favorite water bottle because Stanley’s weren’t on the map yet.

I fell in love with this lip gloss and also loved having some hard candy on hand like these.

I always had vaseline handy for when my littles needed to be recoated after diaper changes.

Not only did I have essentials for baby’s bottom, it was also nice to have some essentials for Mom’s bottom too just in case you are away from your primary bathroom with the cart. I have another post planned for how to stock your primary bathroom, but throwing a few pads and a peri bottle on the cart for Mom is a great idea too!

Middle Shelf: Quick Changes and Swaddles

I loved packing the 2nd shelf with adorable outfits and swaddles, particularly my favorite from Caden Lane.

For my daughter I loved all things floral. So here were my top picks.

For my son, I was obsessed with the blue gingham and darker blue personalized swaddle.

Bottom Shelf: Pumping and Nursing Snacks

I reserved the bottom shelf for my pump, nursing bra, and snacks that are so important for middle of the night or early morning nursing sessions.

I loved my Medela pump and with each baby they got smaller, quieter, and more portable!

I love having these bars on the bottom of my cart to snack on when I was hungry and I new they would help support my milk supply.

Finally, I loved the Kindred Bravely Sublime Hands Free Nursing Bra the most. This nursing bra was so soft and easy to use. Plus it was one of the cuter ones I found. The entire Kindred Bravely line makes great postpartum items.

One other must have item on my cart was a blanket and robe for Mom too.

Both of these were also from Caden Lane and were easy to fold and shove on the cart.
