My kids are ALL starting school for the first time this Fall and let’s just say it’s no easy feat getting 4 littles out the door at one time! Having the right backpacks for each kid is ideal for keeping things organized and on track on busy mornings. Here are my top picks based on school ages/stages.

Preschool

My youngest daughter’s baby blanket was this Caden Lane pattern so I had to select this backpack for her and I love that it can be customized with her name! The pockets on the sides are perfect for her water bottle and the inside has so many pockets for all her little blankets, snacks, and change of clothes.

My son is also starting to attend Mother’s Morning out this Fall too so I got him this same backpack with the Block Lettering for his name. There will be no confusion about which bag is his and I love that it has so much storage.

Kindergarten to 3rd Grade

My bigger girls have loved their personalized backpacks from Pottery Barn Kids and I love that they have matching lunch boxes too. I have also never paid full price for their backpacks because I will wait until I see a sale or snag a special promo code and purchase them then.

Here are my top PB picks right now for a little girl and a little girl.

I love to get my girls the size Small so it isn’t too big for them in these lower grades. I love that the straps on the front can hold their lunch box if the inside is already full of a laptop or books that you wouldn’t want anything to leak on. The size pockets are ideal for water bottles and beyond.

These backpacks have a great amount of padding on the shoulder straps and even on the back so that I feel my kids back health is protected.

Upper Elementary and Beyond

Here is an example of a backpack that I think would really last year after year! It’s classic and sustainable and comes in so many color choices

Happy Back to School and may you have the right Back Pack styles to hold anything from bottles and binky’s to books and calculators.
