I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been that Mom who wakes up and only runs on coffee until lunch time. While this may work for some Mom’s I have found that prioritizing a healthy breakfast for yourself can actually positively impact what you feed your littles as well. Here are my favorite go to breakfasts for busy moms that littles will actually love too!
Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds, Bananas, and Blueberries

Nothing fancy, but this is a quick make ahead breakfast that I honestly think tastes like dessert! I take a cup of old fashioned oats, a cup and a half of almond milk (I prefer Vanilla Almond Milk), a tablespoon of chia seeds, sliced banana, and a handful of blueberries. Mix all ingredients well and either put in a large glass cup for yourself or split between two smaller cups for littles and let it soak overnight. My littles love this treat in the mornings.
Boiled Eggs with a Green Smoothie

I’ve learned that if I have boiled eggs on hand they are a quick way to get a my kids to eat eggs and easy for me to scarf down too! My kids prefer them sliced and while they are eating this I can quickly blend up my go to green smoothie. Grab a handful of spinach, frozen banana & strawberries, a splash of orange juice, and I add almond milk to desired consistency. My kids also like this smoothie with mangos and never seem to complain about this sneaky way to get greens in them!
Chocolate Zucchini Muffins with Scrambled Eggs
My daughters love these heat and eat chocolate chip muffins which we find at Target that have a hidden veggie. I usually pair this meal with scrambled eggs and instead of a muffin I pair mine with slices of avocado!
Be sure to check out these amazing Caden Lane silicone plates that make serving babies and toddlers so easy!

These plates will make serving littles a healthy breakfast that much easier and they pair perfectly with these silicone Caden Lane bibs. Even though my little guy is getting older I still like protecting his outfits with cute bibs and this “stud muffin” bib could not be any cuter!

While these breakfast ideas are nothing new hopefully they will be a motivation for tired Mom’s to fuel their day and their littles in the best way!
