I’ve had four pregnancies and each one has brought new cravings! Here are some of my favorite snacks and meals that I craved with each and every pregnancy!
Breakfast
While this is usually the toughest meal for most pregnant ladies, I found that these meals would help with my nausea:
Oatmeal with Bananas and Craisins – I love that oatmeal can be customized in so many ways!
Smoothie from Daily Harvest, Chocolate + Blueberry – This is like a dessert for breakfast with so many wonderful healthy perks!

Go-To Snacks
Boom Chicka Pop Kettle Corn – Sweet and Salty cravings met!
Apple Slices with Peanut Butter – So filling!
Chocolate Milk or Chocolate Almond Milk – This was one of my biggest cravings with my first born.
Clementines – I couldn’t get enough citrus.
Lunch
Salmon and Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids so it is a great option for lunch or dinner! I would just grill my salmon in a grill pan and add to a salad for a healthy feel-good meal.
Chicken Noodle – I love this recipe because it’s quick using rotisserie chicken.

Dinner
I wanted dinners to be easy and quick while I was pregnant so I did lots of sheet pan dinners or Chick Fil A to fulfill my cravings!
Mocktail
La Croix any flavor with a splash of cranberry juice.
Dessert
Mint Chocolate Chip – I loved the soothing mint and I always claimed it was helping with my calcium intake.
Prenatal Vitamin
Please listen to your doctor when selecting a prenatal, but this one was approved by my provider and was my go-to because of its flavor!

Hope these meal ideas help you manage nausea, extreme exhaustion or just give you some new ideas for meals or snacks while pregnant!
