Trying to figure out what to cook every day while fitting it into your busy schedule can be overwhelming. The last thing you want to do after being tired from a busy day is spending a ton of time in the kitchen. Having a few go-to meals that are quick and easy can make a huge difference in the ease of your day. These are some simple meals to make your day a little less busy:

1. Breakfast – Yogurt Parfaits:

Yogurt Parfaits are quick and easy, which makes them the perfect breakfast if you are running short on time. All you need is some vanilla Greek yogurt, granola, and your favorite fruit to top it all off. To make your morning even simpler you can prep your yogurt parfaits the night before. Mason jars are the perfect way to store them in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy them!

2. Lunch – Chicken Caesar Wraps:

Wraps are yummy and don’t have to require much time to make. I recommend purchasing a rotisserie chicken so that you don’t have to worry about needing lots of time to cook chicken for these wraps. All you will have to do is cut up the chicken. Another way to reduce your time is by using already made Caesar salad kits. Then you simply need some tortillas and extra Caesar salad dressing. Combine the chicken with the Caesar salad kit then put it on your unfolded tortilla, drizzle some dressing over it, and roll up the tortilla!

3. Dinner- BLT Sandwiches with BBQ Baked Chips:

BLTs are not only a classic but they are easy to make. For this meal, all you need is bread, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo (optional), and BBQ baked chips. Cook up some bacon, toast your slices of bread, slice some tomatoes and lettuce, and you are good to go. I personally like to add a little bit of mayo to my sandwich for some extra flavor. Serve with some baked chips on the side.

4. Desert – Hot Fudge Sundae:

Last but definitely not least is dessert…Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you can’t end your night with something sweet. Grab some vanilla ice cream, a jar of hot fudge, a jar of maraschino cherries, and some sprinkles (optional ). In a bowl add a scoop of ice cream, pour some hot fudge over the ice cream, top with a cherry, and add some sprinkles for fun!
