With the holidays over and both work and personal commitments back in full swing, its a necessity to keep dinner plans easy. Here are five tried and true crockpot recipes we are making week after week. These dinners are low on effort, big on flavor and SO simple.

1. Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef:

This beef and broccoli recipe is better than takeout! It has been in our dinner rotation for years now and is also good with chicken! Grab a bag of microwavable brown rice for a super quick meal.

2. Crock Pot Cube Steak and Gravy:

This is my go-to for food reminiscent of a dinner at my Nana’s house. This one is SO affordable. I swap out for low-sodium ingredients when I can find them. We pair this steak with green veggies and opt to roast some fingerling potatoes for a little crunch.

3. Crockpot Coq au Vin Meatballs:

WOW is this recipe amazing. For a meal that tastes like you spent hours preparing it, look no further. We’ve made this with both ground chicken and turkey (both delish!).

4. Mississippi Pot Roast:

Everyone needs a good crockpot roast recipe in their repertoire, and this is our favorite! Good with mashed potatoes, on a sandwich, or by itself with a veggie, this twist on a classic roast is a family favorite.

5. Slow Cooker Pulled Pork:

Our family loves pulled pork. We use this pulled pork for nachos, sandwiches or tacos depending on our mood!
